Registering a sp. z o.o.: S24 or a notary

Register a sp. z o.o. in KRS. Use the S24 agreement template with electronic signatures for a standard setup. For terms outside the template, execute a notarial agreement and file through PRS. Minimum share capital is PLN 5,000. A notary is not required for every business registration: JDGs use CEIDG and sp. z o.o. companies have these two routes.
