Yes. The official registration procedure expressly covers company-owned vehicles: an authorised representative submits the documents, including proof of ownership. A JDG owner remains an individual. Vehicle accounting, VAT and deductions do not follow from the purchase name alone; check them separately for the business form and actual use.
