The owner or representative applies to the competent registration authority. Prepare ownership evidence, vehicle documents, existing plates and the required payment and inspection confirmations. Imported, new and used vehicles have different document checklists: select your case in the official Gov.pl service. An authorised representative acts for a company-owned car. US DMV procedures do not apply to Polish registration.
