To close a JDG, apply for removal from CEIDG within seven days of actually stopping business. File online, at a municipal office or by post; removal is free. Separately check final PIT, VAT and insurance obligations. Closing a sp. z o.o. follows a different procedure: a CEIDG application does not liquidate it.
