Temporary protection in Spain is not Polish temporary protection and alone does not establish eligibility for a Polish JDG. Temporary-protection rights are exercised in one EU state at a time. Check a qualifying Polish business basis separately from the residence grounds and restrictions for a permit application. JDG registration does not guarantee a residence permit. Before moving, clarify protection-transfer procedures and the effect on your existing status.
